l. Cessation of Operations at Existing Locations:

2. Dongguan Branch:

Operations at the following address will cease:

Building A, Sanliang Intelligent Industrial Park, Huangjiang, Dongguan, Guangdong, P.R. China.

Note: All production and business functions previously managed at Dongguan Branch have been transferred to our new facility in Zhuzhou, Hunan. The Shenzhen Headquarters will retain partial production capabilities.

This transition will optimize our production capabilities and service quality.All business operations, collaborations, and supply chain activities will continue seamlessly at the new addresses.
