First Floor: Precision Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
CNC Machining Center: Built to strict RoHS standards. Over 40 high-precision CNC machines ensure exceptional flatness and accuracy for cabinets. Monthly capacity: 30,000 units, meeting diverse size and bulk customization needs.
COB Panel Cutting & Aging: Features 5 cutting lines and 10 machines for precise IC-side and lamp-side cutting. Integrated processes (visual inspection, powder cleaning, module correction, ink sorting, aging) form a complete repair and quality control loop, guaranteeing stable and reliable COB module performance before shipment.
Second Floor: The Smart Engine for Micro LED & COB Panels
COB Die Bonding Core: 4 main lines + 6 auxiliary lines. Monthly capacity: 5,000 m² (for P1.2 products at full capacity).
SMT Production Lines: 10 fully automated RoHS-compliant lines. Capacity: 4000KK/month.
Film Lamination & Underfill: 6 high-speed lamination lines (4,000 m²/month); 3 precision underfill lines (6,000 m²/month).
Automated Rework: 10 pre-lamination & 2 post-lamination rework lines with automated handling, boosting efficiency and yield.
Third Floor: Integrated Platform for GOB, COB Correction & Aging
GOB Manufacturing: 1 advanced fully automated GOB encapsulation line. Monthly capacity: 2,000 m².
COB Correction & Assembly/Aging: Dedicated workshop with standardized aging racks and rigorous correction/aging tests (brightness, chroma uniformity) simulating real-world use, ensuring long-term stability and reliability – a "double guarantee" for quality.
Fourth Floor: Outdoor & Standard SMD Production
Outdoor Potting: Fully automated potting ensures uniform sealing, excellent waterproofing, dustproofing, and corrosion resistance. Experienced workers handle key assembly. 2 lines, monthly capacity: 5,000 m², supporting outdoor display demand.
SMD & GOB Aging: Dedicated aging area with strict testing protocols ensuring shipment quality.
Fifth Floor: Final Quality Defense & Smart Warehousing
Quality Inspection Center: The final "exam hall". Equipped with labs to test optical performance (brightness, color gamut) and offer customized testing for premium clients.
Smart Warehouse: Modern management features vacuum sealing for critical components (prevents oxidation), fully grounded ESD-safe racks, and smart humidifiers/AC for constant temperature & humidity, maximizing material and finished product quality.
